Ms. Swati Bansal, President of Sage Computing has extensive experience in the field of surveys and statistical design and analyses. Prior to starting Sage, she worked at ACR where she managed and directed several research projects. Her work has been published extensively in peer-reviewed journals and also been presented at various international conferences. Ms. Bansal has a Masters in Operations Research (Statistics) as well as an MBA.
She is currently responsible for corporate management and strategic planning as well as providing direction and management for surveys and the IT support projects.
Mr. Rajeev Bansal, is one of the founding partners of Sage Computing and is responsible for managing information technology and application development projects. Mr. Bansal has a Masters in Computer Science from University of Delaware and an undergraduate degree in electronics from BITS, India. Prior to starting Sage, Rajeev worked at Alcatel data networks and was instrumental in the design of routing software for data switches. He also worked as consultant to lead the implementation of enterprise applications, data warehouses and data collection systems for a variety of Fortune 500 companies such as Bell Canada, Cincinnati Bell, Hughes Network Systems, Qwest and Sprint.
Dr. Marcella Ray is a Senior Analyst at Sage and is responsible for policy research and content development. From housing to health policy, Marcella knows how to explain complex policy issues in an engaging way. She is leading a team of researchers and analysts that regularly write policy articles for newsletters and magazines. She has a Ph.D. in Sociology and has written and published extensively. Her book, The Changing and Unchanging Face of U.S. Civil Society was published in 2002.
Ms. Jennie Simpson, as Communications Manager is responsible for managing outreach and marketing campaigns. She is responsible for development of online and multimedia campaign strategies using market research and social media tools. Prior to joining Sage, she was Marketing Manager at Lennar Corporation. Ms. Simpson has B.A. in Public Relations.
Mr. Viswanadh Sanku is Director of Technical Solutions at Sage Computing. He leads a team that has strong expertise and track record in the development of complex web systems using open source tools. He has years of experience as lead architect and project manager. His expertise includes J2EE architecture, LAMP stack and application servers. From building complex web applications and multiplatform web portals to designing secure electronic commerce and custom data warehouses, Mr. Sanku and his team consistently produce high-quality systems under tight time constraints. Viswanadh has Masters in Computer Engineering from George Mason University.
